This recessed window flush bolt uses a narrow rectangular faceplate, an inset operating channel, and a round thumb slider to move an internal rod. The visible assembly includes folded end returns, multiple countersunk fixing points, and a cylindrical bolt projecting from one end. A second configuration uses the same operating format with a substantially longer extension rod, allowing different rod reaches within the same latch style. Flush bolts are commonly defined by a recessed plate and a sliding bolt that engages an adjacent frame or receiver.

For profile matching, confirm the faceplate width and length, screw-hole spacing, recess depth, bolt diameter, rod travel, projection direction, and required keeper position. The receiving hole or strike arrangement must align with the bolt path, while the thumb slider requires sufficient clearance for complete movement. Handing and mounting orientation should be checked against the actual sash before production.

For an OEM quotation, provide a dimensional drawing or sample, installation section, required rod length, sash and frame details, operating direction, visible finish, quantity, and packaging format. CHIER can review the supplied geometry for dimensional adaptation, finish matching, and private-label packing without assuming compatibility with an unspecified window system.
