Window Handle & Door Handle Factory Tour
See how CHIER turns approved drawings, samples and order requirements into repeatable production for window handles, door handles and related hardware.
Follow the product-specific route from incoming components and metal forming to machining, assembly, inspection and shipment packing. Because production routes vary by model, we confirm the applicable processes, production status and evidence your team wants to review before the visit.

Verify the Factory Behind the Quotation
A useful factory tour should connect your drawing, approved sample and order requirements to the people, processes and records that control production.
Process Route & Ownership
Review the applicable forming, machining, assembly, inspection and packing steps for your selected product. We clarify which operations are handled at CHIER and which require an approved external process.
Critical-to-Quality Checks
Focus on the dimensions, finish, fit and operating points that matter to your application, using the approved drawing or sample as the review reference.
Repeat-Order References
See how product codes, drawing revisions, finish approvals, labels and packing requirements can be linked to the current order and future reorders.
Follow the Manufacturing Route From Part to Packed Product
Window handles, door handles, locks, hinges and latches do not all follow the same production route. The factory tour is organized around the selected model and its confirmed process flow.

Incoming Materials & Components
Materials and purchased components are reviewed against the applicable product and order requirements before release to production. Checks may cover identity, appearance, quantity and agreed critical dimensions.
Die Casting or Stamping, Where Applicable
Metal parts are formed according to the applicable tooling and part requirements. The selected process depends on the product design, material and production route.
CNC Machining, Drilling & Tapping
Mounting faces, holes, threads and functional interfaces are processed against approved dimensions and checked at defined production points.
Surface Finish Coordination
Finish samples, color references and appearance requirements are confirmed before production. Where finishing is external, the audit can cover process handoff and returned-part inspection.
Assembly & Functional Review
Components are assembled and checked for applicable points such as movement, return, engagement, alignment, looseness and fastener security.
Final Inspection & Pack-Out
Model, finish, quantity, accessories, labels and packaging are checked against the confirmed order and packing requirements before shipment.

Document availability varies by product and project. Send your audit checklist before the visit so CHIER can confirm which records, approved samples, equipment and active processes can be prepared for review.
Plan What Your Team Needs to Verify
- Confirm the drawing, approved sample, finish reference and packaging version that apply to the selected product and order.
- Identify the critical dimensions and live or recorded inspection points relevant to the product, mounting interface and operating requirements.
- Review the agreed criteria for movement, engagement, fit, surface appearance, color and visible defects.
- Check the product model, quantity, accessories, labels, carton marks and packing-list requirements agreed for the order.

Packing Controls Buyers Can Verify
A correct product can still create receiving problems when labels, accessories, carton quantities or SKU combinations are wrong. Packing requirements should therefore be confirmed together with the product specification.
Pack-Out Requirements
- Approved inner protection and accessory set
- Product or SKU identification
- Barcode and private-label requirements where applicable
- Quantity per inner and outer carton
- Carton marks and packing-list references
- Mixed-SKU, pallet and shipment-staging requirements
Receiving Risks to Prevent
- Product and label mismatch
- Missing fasteners, accessories or instructions
- Finish damage during transport
- Incorrect carton quantities
- Unapproved mixing of models or revisions
- Packing-list discrepancies
Choose the Focus of Your Factory Audit
Engineering, quality, purchasing and logistics teams evaluate different risks. Tell CHIER who will join the tour so the route and supporting materials can be prepared around their decisions.
Engineering & Application
Review profile fit, mounting centers, base dimensions, spindle or fork configuration, handing, rotation and lock or gearbox interfaces.
Quality & Inspection
Review critical dimensions, finish references, first-piece, in-process and final checks, and applicable nonconformance handling.
Purchasing & Supply
Clarify the applicable process route, production responsibility, order revision, capacity basis and lead-time assumptions.
Brand & Private Label
Review finish masters, logo requirements, packaging artwork, sample approval and future change control.
Distribution & Logistics
Check SKU identity, barcode and labels, accessories, carton quantities, mixed-SKU rules and packing lists.
Project & Technical Teams
Review project specifications, approved samples, available documents, installation needs and replacement-part references.

Can I arrange an on-site or live video factory tour?
Factory-tour requests can be planned as an on-site visit or live video session, subject to scheduling, production status and confidentiality requirements. Tell us the product family and processes you want to review before selecting a date.
Will I see my exact product running during the tour?
Production timing depends on the active schedule. Share the model, drawing or sample in advance, and CHIER will confirm which operations are expected to be running and whether process footage, samples or records are needed to cover the remaining steps.
How do you distinguish between in-house and externally coordinated processes?
The applicable process route is reviewed by product. During the audit, CHIER can identify the operations performed at its facility and any externally coordinated processes, such as selected surface treatments, together with the relevant handoff or returned-part checks.
Can we review inspection records and test reports?
Send a model-specific checklist in advance. Available materials may include drawings, approved samples, inspection checklists, packaging specifications and applicable test reports. A report should only be treated as evidence when its model, method, date and result match your project.
What should I send before arranging the tour?
Please provide the product type or model, drawing or profile section, estimated quantity, finish, critical dimensions, performance requirements, audit checklist, visiting team roles and preferred date.
Can you provide equipment and production-capacity information?
Ask for an equipment list and capacity basis applicable to the selected product. Capacity should be reviewed with the relevant line, product, shift, period and bottleneck assumptions rather than as an unsupported annual total.
Plan a Factory Tour Around Your Product
Send CHIER the product model, drawing or profile section, critical dimensions, finish, target quantity and audit checklist. We will confirm the relevant production route, available production status, people and review materials before the visit.
The goal is not a general workshop walk-through. It is a product-specific supplier evaluation that your engineering, quality, purchasing and logistics teams can use.
