This extended-arm friction stay window hinge is built around a long channel track and a multi-link support assembly for projecting sash movement. The upper arm connects through several riveted pivots, while two shorter links create a compact articulated section near the slider. A dark friction block with a visible slotted adjustment screw sits inside the track, and the linkage folds into a slim stacked profile when closed. Friction stays are used to support and provide frictional control for projecting window sashes.

Compared with shorter linkage formats, the extended upper arm and multiple pivot points provide a distinct geometry that must be matched carefully to the intended window system. Buyers should verify track length, arm dimensions, fixing-hole positions, stack height, opening direction, profile connection, and required load target. The sash dimensions, weight, opening angle, and installation side also need confirmation before selection.

For an OEM or ODM quotation, provide a dimensioned drawing or sample, sash and frame profile details, mounting position, opening direction, required friction setting, finish reference, quantity, and packaging instructions. CHIER can then review the articulated layout, slider position, and folded clearance against the proposed installation.
