This roller arm window stay is a surface-mounted opening-control component for casement, fanlight, and related framed window assemblies. Roller arm stays are commonly used to control or restrict window opening movement. Its defining feature is a long, low-profile arm with a raised circular roller head secured by a visible hex-socket fastener. A separate compact keeper has two recessed engagement openings, forming a defined connection between the moving arm and the receiving component. The straight folded profile and bright silver-tone surface provide a compact arrangement for installations where projecting hardware needs to be limited.

For system matching, buyers should confirm the arm mounting position, roller-to-keeper alignment, connection dimensions, available installation clearance, and required operating direction. The keeper position must also be checked against the sash and frame geometry so the roller can enter, travel, and disengage without interference. Left- or right-side configuration and the quantity required for each sash should be established during project review.

For quotation, provide a window drawing or physical sample, installation photos, arm and keeper dimensions, mounting details, opening requirements, finish reference, order quantity, and packaging instructions. CHIER can assess the component interface and prepare OEM or ODM supply specifications for the confirmed window system.
